The Jacaranda mixed materials duplex – the completed project

Previously we shared with you the installation process for this modern mixed materials project from Futureflip.

The Jacaranda project is now finished and we are excited to share with you the end result. The Jacaranda project is a great example of how different materials and textures can give a home a modern and personalised look, creating layers and focal points that differentiate a home from those around it.

James Hardie’s Linea™ Weatherboards bring striking design elements to this home, contrasting with the exposed brickwork and other mixed material elements. The deep shadow line on the 180mm Linea™ Weatherboards not only look great but help to add great depth and character. Linea™ Weatherboards are also extremely durable and resistant to shrinking, swelling and cracking, and come pre-primed and ready-to-paint.
